Full Skirt

Full Skirt
This outerwear skirt silhouette is based on our Ruffled Petticoat body. It is a full skirt gathered into a set waistband with an attached inner liner. This skirt can be worn in a variety of ways: as shown over our Ruffled Petticoat and Hoop for a mid-19th century silhouette, or on its own for a less full look.
