This pad creates the small bustle shape of the late 19th century. The bustle pad has a center front hook and bar closure and is designed to be worn under our late 19th century petticoat (see last photo).
Softly or firmly stuffed with poly batting. Firmer option provides more structure and lift, softer is a more subtle “bump”
Available in 100% white or black cotton twill
