Build your own 18th c. Stays with our “Judy” Corset Kit. This kit includes everything you need to make your own beautiful corset. Corset kits come in “white” colored cotton coutil (let us know if you have a preference, other colors by request) in our full range of sizes.

The Judy style achieves the conical shape required for the 18th century. This style has little shaping under the bust while minimizing the waist and pushing the bust upwards. Corset is finished with grommeted backs and adjustable back lacing. *Please note, piping edge as shown is optional, we recommend a bound edge for ease of construction.

Each kit includes:

• pre-cut corset pieces in natural cotton coutil

• instruction guide

• steel bones and bone casing

• silver grommets

• tipped lacing in white

• yardage of matching cotton to make bias edging (piping edge optional)

Kit includes grommets but not the grommet setting tool. We recommend Richard the Thread for your grommet setting tools: Richard the Thread
Optional grommet service available- Ship us your finished corset and we will insert the grommets for you.

Instructions for front ties are not included in this kit but the required materials are. Your corset can be customized to your desires in any way you like! Send us photos of your results!
