Our Marie is a real corset in comparison to our Ren Faire that is a boned bodice. They feature more boning, shaping and structure than our simplified bodices.

Adjustable with both center front and center back lacings, the stays shape in under the bust. The length is cut to sit above the waist, controlling the torso through the ribcage. These stays have shoulder straps attached with adjustable front lacing. The tabs along the bottom edge provide a more comfortable fit, keeping that edge from digging into the waist, with the tabs curving over your natural shaping. This style is meant to be worn over a chemise as it sits lower on the bust.
