Description-

Our classic hourglass corset, customized to your colors and fabric choices. Select from our in-stock silks or shop custom colors for no extra charge. We can also construct using your own fabrics (email us for details). Cost covers this style corset made in any color silk dupioni, other fabrics pricing and availability by request.

To achieve this look, we do a process called “flatlining”. This uses a beautiful fabric on the outside and combines it with an inner layer of our sturdy cotton coutil inside. With this two layer process we are able to achieve a gorgeous looking corset with the strength and structure of a heavy duty corset inside.

The Theodora is cut to emphasize the waist and the hips while compressing the rib cage. It flatters the late 19th century style of dress, enhancing peplums and slim fitting skirts. Cut long over the hip with gussets, the Theodora also has bust gussets and ¼” spiral bones on the curved seams. The neckline in the front is set very low, about 1/2" above the bust line.
