The Tulip Petticoat is made of five-gores with darts create shaping over the hips, flaring at the hem with a bias cut flouce. It has a four inch sweep, 42" center front to hem length, and includes four tucks for alterability. The Tulip petticoat is complimented by the c. 1890 Theodora and the c. 1905 Mae corsets.
